Job description

Position Overview:

Receives, stores, assembles, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for receiving, storing and picking product

  • Unload and receive product in a safe, efficient, timely and accurate fashion

  • Pick product for delivery and assembly

  • Will be required to do some assembly and or light repair work on product

  • Load Delivery Trucks

  • Safely Operate 26' Box Truck to deliver and offload material at jobsites

  • Utilize scanner system to update the Warehouse Management System

  • Process warehouse documentation in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Interact with teammates to locate product in the warehouse as needed

  • Occasionally assemble product before delivery

  • Maintain a clean working facility

  • Will be required to go on two person delivery's when an extra hand is needed

  • Employee may be asked to perform other duties that would be expected from Warehouse Personnel

Education and/or Experience

Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Prior fork lift experience is desirable and some wood working ability. Must be dependable.

Language and Communication Skills

Ability to read and analyze documents related to contracts and work documents.

Must present a clean and neat physical appearance and strictly abide by company dress code serving as a role model for other employees, customer and visitors. Must strive to maintain a clean working area.

Reasoning Abilities

Ability to solve practical and arithmetic problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to do heavy lifting on a regular basis and spend 8 hours on their feet.

All travel will be local.
