Job description

The Manager, Marketplace & Delivery Strategyis responsible forinfluencingthe growth, optimization, and strategic direction of Inspire Brands' marketplace and delivery business across owned and third-party channels. This role leverages data-driven insights, financial analysis, partner management, and cross-functional leadership to influence business strategy, drive profitable growth, and support executive decision-making.

The Manager serves as a key leader within the Marketplace & Delivery team, owning performance reporting, delivery economics, forecasting, strategic initiatives, partner evaluations, and innovation programs. This position works closely with Brand DGE teams, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, and delivery partners toidentifygrowth opportunities, improve performance, and advanceInspire'slong-term delivery strategy.

*This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday- Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace Performance & Business Insights

  • Own enterprise marketplace performance reporting across Inspire brands and delivery partners

  • Develop executive scorecards, business reviews, strategic analyses, and performance narratives

  • Identifykey growth drivers, risks, and opportunities through ongoing performance analysis

  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

  • Establish andmaintainreporting frameworks, KPIs, and measurement methodologies across brands and channels

  • Serve as the business owner for Marketplace reporting tools, dashboards, and data governance processes

  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and scalability across brands and partners

  • Partner with analytics, data, and technology teams to enhance reporting capabilities and infrastructure

  • Lead and develop analysts supporting Marketplace & Delivery Strategy

  • Prioritize team workload and ensure delivery of high-quality analyses and business recommendations

  • Build strong relationships across Brand DGE, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and executive leadership teams

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketplace performance, delivery economics, and industry trends

Forecasting & Financial Planning

  • Lead marketplace sales forecasting, target setting, and annual planning processes

  • Develop andmaintainfinancial models to support business planning and investment decisions

  • Evaluate marketplace growth opportunities, forecast performance outcomes, and assess business impact

  • Partner with Finance and Brand teams to support budgeting, forecast updates, and long-range planning

Delivery Economics & Strategic Analysis

  • Lead financial evaluation of marketplace, owned delivery, and emerging fulfillment models

  • Assess profitability, customer acquisition efficiency, partner economics, and commercial proposals

  • Develop business cases supporting strategic investments, operational changes, and partnership decisions

  • Influence delivery strategy through rigorous analysis and recommendation development

  • Lead analytical workstreams supporting commercial negotiations and contract discussions

  • Monitor partner performance andidentifyopportunities to improve growth, economics, and customer experience

  • Collaborate with partners to evaluate new capabilities, pilots, and strategic initiatives

  • Develop business cases for programs including owned delivery, autonomous delivery, drone delivery, and new marketplace opportunities

  • Lead high-priority strategic projects supporting delivery growth, profitability, and operational excellence

  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and marketplace developments to inform strategic direction

  • Support development of long-term Marketplace & Delivery roadmaps and growth strategies

  • Present recommendations and business updates to senior leadership

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Minimum: 4 yr degree

Preferred:4 yr degree in business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, operations, marketplace, digital commerce, or related fields

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Experience working with delivery, marketplace, ecommerce, retail, restaurant, or digital businesses preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities

  • Advanced financial modeling and business case development skills

  • Provendata storytellingability to influence decisions through facts, analysis, and business recommendations

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex organizational environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results
