  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/AVP or equivalent) overseeing multiple large-scale engagements or portfolios
  • Proven ability to lead through others, providing strategic oversight across programs and accounts while ensuring delivery excellence, consistency, and predictable outcomes at scale 
  • Deep expertise in managing complex portfolios across delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, hybrid), with the ability to establish standardized delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational rigor across teams
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L at the account or portfolio level, including revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting accuracy, and cost management 
  • Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing teams, including workforce strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and optimizing utilization across delivery organizations
  • Proven success developing and maintaining C-suite and senior executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to align delivery with strategic business outcomes and long-term client value
  • Expertise in establishing enterprise-level governance, delivery standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement across accounts 
  • Strong ability to anticipate and manage complex risks, lead executive-level escalations, and drive rapid resolution of critical delivery challenges 
  • Experience partnering with sales and account teams to support pursuits, shape scalable delivery solutions, and drive organic growth through expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and drive organizational outcomes 
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584.00 to $209,800.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs. Delivery Leadership

  • Provide senior delivery oversight across engagements to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined delivery processes, including:
    • Backlog management
    • Project plans and delivery roadmaps
    • Status reporting and risk management
    • QBR coaching and readiness
  • Lead bi-weekly Project Lead meetings to drive alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.


Project Health & Financial Performance

  • Own overall project health, with accountability for: 
    • Resource planning, including right staffing and succession planning
    • Financial outcomes, including margin (GM) and revenue performance
  • Proactively identify and support expansion opportunities within active accounts.
     

Account Operations & Governance

  • Drive disciplined account operations and delivery governance.
  • Monitor and oversee MSX-related work to ensure alignment with delivery commitments, account goals and overall MSX Contract needs. 


Client Partnership

  • Maintain and grow key client relationships through strong delivery leadership, clear communication, and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted delivery advisor, aligning execution with client priorities and business outcomes.

Pursuit & Growth Support

  • Contribute delivery-focused input into pursuits, ensuring plans are realistic, executable, and positioned for success.
  • Provide guidance on what it will take-operationally and organizationally-for projects to succeed.
