Primary Responsibilities:
As a Package Handler, you take pride in creating stellar first impressions and enjoy personalizing every interaction with residents. This is a physical, fast-paced position that exemplifies a high degree of professionalism, customer care, and integrity and we are looking for like-minded individuals who do the same.
As a Package Handler (M-F, 11am-7pm), your primary responsibilities include:
  • Continuously lifting, lowering, carrying, and delivering a lot of packages to our resident's apartment homes
  • Reviewing shipping invoices and performing package audits
  • Processing all incoming packages and maintaining daily log; documenting, tracking, and delivering within 24 hours of receipt
  • Organizing and maintaining package rooms
  • Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents with care
  • Engaging people in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel at home
  • Jumping in and covering for team members when needed
  • Seeking out opportunities to enhance the customer's experience
What You Bring to Us:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have personal/reliable transportation to get to work
  • Ability to continually lift, lower, and carry packages that typically weigh 25 - 75 lbs.

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
Salary Range
$41,000-$46,000 USD
