Job Description
1. Point-of-Contact for all US Commercial website deployments. The main goal is to help Client IT prioritize the public website deployment queue to align with Commercial objectives and Legal/Regulatory compliance concerns. Specific duties include:
a. Coordinate asset handoff from third party development agency to Client IT
b. Confirm basic requirements for each file package
c. Handle communication between Celgene AWS platform team and brand team:
i. UAT readiness
ii. UAT approval
iii. Change Request execution
iv. Go-Live timing and notification.
2. Participate in Cross-Function digital committee for new projects and technologies.
3. Stakeholder for Website Best Practices Extranet Portal and associated documentation.
4. Weekly Status Calls
a. HemOnc Agencies
b. Evoke Health (Otezla.com)
c. Pixacore (Abraxane sites)
d. Client Deployment Team (to review deployment schedule and align on priorities)
5. Nexxus Platform Support
a. Point-of-Contact for Commercial Ops team that supports Celgene's relationship with Nexxus Marketing. Issues often relate to third-party agency concerns on public websites for testing and API functionality.
Mobile Apps
1. Point-of-Contact for development agencies and Client IT Solution Delivery team.
2. Support mobile app deployments to Airwatch as well as public mobile app stores.
Supporting Role in IT Initiatives That Impact Commercial
1. Google Analytics 360
a. PoC for agency partner and license reseller, Cardinal Path
b. Celgene IT has an administration role in access management, but third party agencies do all of the implementation and analysis.
c. Manage annual agreement renewal (January 2018)
2. iPad Ordering Process Improvement
a. Support in helping the Service Desk triage iPad requests. Different teams have different workflows to follow when ordering a secondary device.
b. A standard order form is to be added to the Service Catalog in Service Now to automate the process. We are not the leads for this but we will be crucial in keeping its momentum going.
