Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires a highly technical leader who remains actively involved in coding while providing technical guidance to the development team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong solution design capabilities, excellent coding skills, and proven experience leading Salesforce development initiatives within large enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce application development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Lightning Experience.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop, review, and optimize production-quality code while maintaining Salesforce best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and Apex services.
  • Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Integration patterns.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Story Grooming, Estimation, and Release Planning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and security best practices.
  • Support CI/CD deployments and DevOps processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
