In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience
Strong experience in Program Management & Program Performance Management
Hands-on understanding of Big Data processing (Spark)
Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience in cloud-based analytics and data platforms
Exposure to large-scale enterprise data transformation programs
Familiarity with performance dashboards, governance reviews, and executive reporting
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
