Optima Logistics is a local Delivery Company in Puyallup, WA looking for enthusiastic, team players to help deliver Amazon packages. The Delivery helper will be responsible for helping the delivery driver deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses. We operate 361 days a year, which includes weekends and holidays. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day, and shifts are available 7 days a week.

Job Description
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00
Shift Time(s): 10:20AM - 8:20PM
Responsibilities of a Delivery Helper:
  • Arrive at the facility on time to receive the work plan and delivery helper assignment.
  • Attend stand-up meeting.
  • Deliver 300+ packages.
  • Help other drivers as directed.
  • Return to the station.
  • Debrief with the manager when you return.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs without assistance.
  • Able to help deliver all assigned packages each day(300+ packages).
  • Able to get in and out of the van, and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
  • Able to operate a Smartphone.
  • Available to work on the weekends.
Qualifications
Delivery Helper Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid U.S. ID.
  • Able to Safely operate delivery van.
  • Previous experience as a delivery helper or related job(preferred/not required).
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Fluent in English-Reading and writing.
  • Committed to protecting public and property.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Exhibits good communication and time management skills.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Able to interact with customers and the public professionally.
