Position Summary:

The Delivery Driver and Delivery Helper are responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing products in customers' homes or businesses with care, accuracy, and professionalism. This role ensures timely and safe transportation of products, provides positive customer experiences during delivery and setup, and complies with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. The position supports smooth coordination between dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Job Duties:

         Deliver high-value or fragile items to customers' homes or businesses with exceptional care and professionalism.

         Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to scheduled appointments.

         Unpack, assemble, and install products (e.g., furniture, accessories) as per manufacturer guidelines.

         Test functionality and confirm proper operation before leaving the site.

         Provide courteous, professional, and positive experiences during delivery and setup.

         Answer basic product questions and demonstrate usage when required.

         Inspect items for damage before and after delivery.

         Document and report any issues or discrepancies promptly.

         Follow all safety protocols for lifting, handling, and transporting items.

         Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations for driving and delivery.

         Maintain accurate delivery logs, customer signatures.

         Handle returns or exchanges according to company procedures.

          Work Environment: Retail Stores and Distribution Center.

         Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
