Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI is now hiring Delivery Driver - Helper. Beer Capitol Distributing LLC is Wisconsin's largest beer distributor serving Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Milwaukee counties. The team members of Beer Capitol Distributing are committed, innovative leaders of the malt beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. This position is responsible for physically moving and delivering beer and/or liquor to customer accounts. Our delivery helpers consistently move 30-160 lbs of product constantly throughout the day and physically merchandise all beer and liquor products at our accounts.
A valid drives license is required for this position as well as a clean driving record.
Schedule:
4-Day Work Week! Tuesday through Friday, start times are between 5:00am - 6:00am, end times between 3:00pm - 5:00pm (start and end times will vary due to seasonality; flexibility in the morning and afternoon is a must).
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour starting.
$23.50 per hour once Class A CDL Permit is obtained

All Driver Helpers are responsible for proper rotation of stock in retail accounts.
Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
Reports for work every day on time and groomed appropriately dressed with steel-toed shoes as required by company policy.

All other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license and obtain a CDL class 'A' license.

Ability to work well with others and communicate with all levels of the organization including merchandisers and sales team
Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, move, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis
Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving
Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday
