About the Job

Get out from behind a desk and lead where the action is. As our Tent Field Supervisor, you will run the show on-site, transforming empty spaces into spectacular event venues across New England. Working directly with the Director of Tent Operations, you will lead our field crews, solve real-time challenges, and ensure every massive tent installation is flawless, safe, and on time.


What You'll Do

  • Supervise, motivate, and mentor onsite installation and removal teams
  • Own the set up by ensuring all equipment is installed safely, beautifully, and on schedule
  • Verify accuracy by checking warehouse loads before departure against project paperwork
  • Protect the fleet and oversee proper usage of company tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Maintain accurate onsite paperwork and log any project changes
  • Inspect fabric and structures for quality; report any damages
  • Maintain a high-energy, positive, and accountable team atmosphere
  • Strategize Daily; Partner with management to build smart tactical plans for complex builds


Requirements

What You Bring


Required 

  • Proven ability to direct crews and hold teams accountable. 
  • Previous tent installation experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug test if operating company vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work nontraditional hours (early morning, nights, weekends)

Nice to Have

  • Construction experience 
  • Ability to motivate crew and encourage teamwork
