We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a behavioral health facility serving youth, adult, and older adult populations. This role offers flexible scheduling with both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available, along with significant shift differentials and a supportive clinical environment. New hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Shift Differentials:
7am-3pm (Sat & Sun): +$1.25/hr
3pm-11pm (Mon-Thu): +$2.00/hr
3pm-11pm (Fri-Sun): +$3.00/hr
11pm-7am (Mon-Thu): +$4.00/hr
11pm-7am (Fri-Sun): +$5.00/hr

Youth: FT Nights (32 & 36 hours), FT Evenings (32 hours)
High Acuity Adults: FT Days (36 hours), FT Evenings (32 hours), FT Nights (36 hours)
Older Adults: FT Evenings (32 hours), FT Nights (32 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Administer medications and treatments in collaboration with physicians
Document and report patient status, following all clinical policies and procedures
Educate patients and families regarding care needs, discharge planning, and medications
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused care environment
Serve as clinical lead for care staff as needed; may function as charge nurse
Support quality improvement efforts and efficient resource utilization
Provide emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support to patients across settings
Required/Desired Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
Current RN license to practice in the state of Michigan or eligible for RN License by Endorsement
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Satisfactory previous clinical experience; new graduates may be considered (preference for those with psychiatric or emergency department experience)
Completion of education from an accredited school of nursing
May be required to have professional knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory
