THE POSITION

The Product Manager leads the vision, strategy, and market success of innovative industry-leading new products, driving its expansion across global markets and into applications ranging from infrastructure to community safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the product from strategy through execution, working closely with a high-performing cross-functional team to achieve growth targets and deliver market-leading results.

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT

  • Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for an innovative safety solution company.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of department leaders to shape the product roadmap.
  • Own the collection and confirmation of features that engineering will design into new and existing products.
  • Serve as the product expert in support of sales initiatives, driving customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver successful product launches across diverse applications and target markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft clear messaging highlighting product differentiators and market segments.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
