Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting coffee products, equipment, catering items, and supplies to off-site events and between company coffee house locations. This role ensures timely, accurate deliveries while representing the brand professionally. The Driver plays a critical role in maintaining smooth operations across stores and successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Event Deliveries
  • Safely operate company vehicle to deliver coffee products, catering orders, and equipment to event locations
  • Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage
  • Assist with basic setup and breakdown of coffee stations and equipment at events
  • Verify delivery items against packing lists to ensure accuracy
  • Obtain signatures and confirm delivery completion

Inter-Location Transfers
  • Transport inventory, food products, retail items, supplies, and equipment between coffee house locations
  • Ensure proper handling of perishable goods in accordance with food safety standards
  • Support urgent store-to-store transfers as needed
Maintain clear communication with store managers regarding delivery timing and inventory needs
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and routine inspection of delivery vehicle
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding delays, issues, or vehicle concerns
