Job DescriptionAt Dris Corp, the Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for completing a daily route of recreational marijuana deliveries and processing transactions for customers receiving home delivery service. This position is a role that combines driving a delivery vehicle, facilitating customer transactions, and working closely with the Delivery Coordinating Team.ResponsibilitiesMUST be able to work weekends.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.Follow Dris Corp Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.Deliver products to customers' addresses.Ensure the safe transport of product; verify that manifests are complete with accurate information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage.Follow assigned randomized routes and complete secure delivery checks as required.Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and builds long-term rapport.Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customer information.Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customer orders and sales using point-of-sale systems.Accurately enter all customer information within the point-of-sale system.Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper working order.Work closely with other Delivery Drivers, Inventory Specialists, and Security/Dispatch personnel.Support teamwork efforts during start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.Act as a liaison between customers and Dris Corp management to help continually improve the customer experience.Appropriately escalate any customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty to our brand.SkillsAge 21 or over (Required)High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Valid Driver's License (Required)Clean driving record (Required)Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needsExcellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detailPrevious retail or customer service experience preferredKnowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminalMust successfully complete a role-specific training programAbility to deal with problems and resolve in a professional mannerMust be available to work weekends and applicable holidaysPositive attitude and strong work ethicDemonstrates high emotional intelligenceAbility to effectively multi-taskMust be highly organized and have extreme attention to detailJob Type: Full-time or Part TimePay: From $19.00 per hour plus tipsBenefits:Company carPaid time offPaid trainingReferral programWork Location: In person, Natick, MA
