Location: Based out of Amazon Delivery Station DXH6 at 3800 South Finley Road, Downers Grove, IL, 60515, US

Compensation: 18.00/hourper hour

KHART LOGISTICS, INCis seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. Youll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. No experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

What Youll Do:

As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading packages (up to 300 packages per day)
  • Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment (team lift required - must be able to lift up to 50lbs with no assistance)
  • Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
  • Working 4 or more days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)

What Youll Need:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Physical Demands: This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
