Spire Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team in Port Washington, WI! The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of construction materials, equipment, and tools to project sites and customers. This position plays an important role in supporting field operations by ensuring equipment and materials arrive when needed while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse and construction environment. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Candidates must be able to successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, pre-employment physical, and drug and alcohol screening.

What You'll Do

  • Safely and efficiently deliver a variety of construction materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to project sites and customer locations
  • Plan and complete delivery routes in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Comply with all applicable DOT regulations, including trailer weight and load restrictions, vehicle inspections, and equipment maintenance requirements
  • Ensure equipment and tools are delivered to project sites when needed to support productivity and project schedules
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
  • Obtain and maintain required equipment certifications
  • Inspect vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on small equipment
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including organizing, staging, loading, and unloading materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records using company systems and software
  • Provide professional and courteous service to project teams, customers, vendors, and other company personnel


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
    • Previous experience as a delivery driver, warehouse associate, or in a similar logistics-related position required
    • Experience working in a construction, equipment rental, or industrial environment is a plus
    • Previous experience performing basic maintenance on small equipment
  • Skills:
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to safety
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Technology:
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability and willingness to learn company-specific software and systems, including Workday, Procore, Bluebeam, warehouse management software, and other technology platforms.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
    • Successful completion of a motor vehicle records check required
    • Successful completion of a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening required
