This Opportunity:
Palladium is seeking an
Associate, Project Delivery tosupport implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI)award. Data.FI is a global projectfunded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and theState Department.
Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustainaccess to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance.Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing healthinformation systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic andprogram data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustainimpact by supporting local partner transition.
This is a project role with duration until September 30, 2026 with the high possibility of extension. Preferencewill be given to candidates that can start immediately.
Location and Compensation:
The position is based in
Palladium's Arlington, VA officewithin our Americas region. Candidates must have current work authorization in the US as visa sponsorship cannot be accommodated.
Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2days from home.
For our prospective employees in the United States, please notethat the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expectedto range from
$67,000 - $70,000. Please be advised that a final salaryoffer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to yourqualifications, education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, andPalladium's business or organizational needs.
Reporting Lines:
- This position will report to the Senior Manager, Project Delivery, Data.FI
PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities:
- Review procurements, budgets, reports, and internal controls to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and client regulations
- Support development and administration of subcontractor, grants, partner, and vendor agreements, including work orders and modifications
- Provide day-to-day project management unit (PMU) support, including meeting coordination, task tracking, calendars, and deadline management
- Anticipate project needs and recommend compliant, efficient processes, timelines, and coordination between HQ and field teams
- Support client communications, reporting, and project advocacy with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with budget development, financial forecasting, expenditure monitoring, accruals, and adherence to project financial calendars
- Coordinate processing of partner and vendor invoices and support internal financial reporting requirements
- Support HR and recruitment activities, including staff and consultant hiring, contracting, compliance checks, onboarding, and record retention
EssentialCriteria:
- 2+ years of experience supporting work implementing USAID or other donor funded projects
- Prior assistance with activities that required high quality organizational or financial skills
- Financial acumen and comfort using Excel

DesiredCriteria:
- Advanced Spanish or French language skills preferred
