What We're Looking For:

We are developing an end-to-end platform for our Life Sciences customers that provides timely access to complete and comprehensive identified clinical data to supplement traditional sources of de-identified real world data (e.g., claims). As the Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for record retrieval execution to ensure we meet KPIs and drive value for our life sciences customers, with opportunity to grow into a customer-facing delivery manager. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Support project planning and execution for LS customers, working with Delivery managers to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve request issues, and generate project and customer-level metrics and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service level requirements.  Jump in to drive tasks to completion.
  • Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, iterating as our product and workflows evolve.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Excel spreadsheets, with ability to quickly create pivot tables, vlookup, index match, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Driven, entrepreneurial, highly motivated and persistent; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is not intimidated by continuous iteration and change 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in highly regulated environments
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive clarity and resolution of issues
  • Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, APIs, and the ability to ramp up very quickly

$81,000—$95,000 USD
