POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Associate to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, work well in a team environment, have a high level of customer service, and have strong attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare equipment and materials for transport to job sites utilizing company vehicles with trailer (if applicable).
• Load and unload products in truck utilizing forklift and/or hand truck
• Drive forklift safely

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Elite level of customer service.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

This position reports to the local service manager and is responsible to the entire service team and all of our customers.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must have experience driving a vehicle while pulling a trailer
• Must be able to multitask and work within daily deadlines
• Must communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

BEHAVIORAL PROFILE

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram

form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Environmental Requirements

Will be required to work in a field environment, traveling to multiple customer sites on a as needed basis.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job:

The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, reach with hands and arms.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.

The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds without assistance.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
