About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Delivery Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll be a key player ensuring the seamless execution of critical client projects while supporting their day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support: Coordinate large-scale client projects involving vehicle registration, permitting, and licensing. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring fast, accurate, and complete execution — even under tight deadlines.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze data and create reports using Excel formulas and functions to track trucks and monitor processes.

  • Client Communication: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive follow-up and accountability.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve workflows, contributing ideas and driving enhancements to make operations smoother and more efficient.
