Come GROW with us! Spring Logistics is looking for delivery associates (drivers) to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We are looking for motivated team players who desire to grow with the Company.

Pay: starting at $21.75 per hour

Key Duties:

  • Perform safety inspections and drive safely in company vehicle
  • Repeatedly lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Load and organize packages into delivery vehicle
  • Follow GPS navigation from delivery to delivery
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages to customer satisfaction
  • Support team members who need assistance to complete deliveries

Benefits:

  • 10 hour shifts starting at 11:30 am to 10 pm daily
  • 2 - paid 15 minute breaks, 1 -  unpaid 30 minute lunch break
  • Flexible schedule: 2 days for Part Time, 3-4 days for Full Time

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a 4-panel Drug Screening
  • Must have a current valid driver's license
  • Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
  • Capable of performing active job that requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking 8-12 miles/day, bending, and moving constantly during shift
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
