As a Delivery Associate, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, committed to delivering service excellence every day across Maryland. Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Start your day loading packages into a van at our Lanham station in your complete uniform.
  • Safely operate a company-provided van and deliver packages safely on time while following routing and navigation tools, adhering strictly to traffic laws.
  • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns courteously.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
