Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an Analyst to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Analyst with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience navigating AI platforms to support proposal development for a large, multi-office Oil & Gas Engineering Firm (Keystone Engineering, Inc.). The ideal candidate will help coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, manage content libraries, support schedule tracking, and assist with proposal strategy. This is a remote role with occasional travel required.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate and manage proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission.
  • Prepare and format proposal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Develop and edit proposal content with attention to clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness to client requirements.
  • Generate and manipulate proposal data, tables, and summaries in Microsoft Excel.
  • Create compelling presentation materials in PowerPoint.
  • Support content management for proposal libraries and past performance databases.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Utilize AI platforms to improve proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Track proposal schedules and deadlines.
  • Assist with post-submission debriefs and lessons-learned documentation.

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related degree.
  • 3-5+ years of professional working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience usingAI platforms for content generation, research, or productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative team approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
