Job description

Job Title: Delivery Associate

Job Overview:

As a Delivery Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experience. You will be the face of our team, meeting and greeting customers at their home or office and ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with Beauchamp. Your commitment to providing enthusiastic service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and professional deliveries will be central to our success.

You will go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, from payment handling to updating customer records. You will also be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately, orders are placed as requested, and that equipment such as brine tanks are filled and maintained. Additionally, you will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our delivery vehicles, ensuring they are always in top condition and represent our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Assignment Verification:
    • Review daily assignments on the iPad workflow to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Records and Communication:
    • Update and maintain customer records utilizing Service Titan software, making appropriate and accurate notations as needed.
  • Delivery Preparation:
    • Load and verify accurate counts of water, salt, and other products for delivery.
  • Timely and Accurate Deliveries:
    • Deliver items on time and according to the scheduled route.
    • Ensure that all deliveries are completed with the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Customer Site Maintenance:
    • Clean the delivery area at the customer’s location to maintain a professional and tidy environment.
  • Safety and Professionalism:
    • Wear appropriate protective equipment (e.g., booties, masks) as required by the delivery location.
    • Drive safely and defensively to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of Beauchamp vehicles and the public.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness:
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both inside and outside.
  • Uniform and Appearance Standards:
    • Wear only company-approved uniforms and items during working hours, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as directed by management to support the delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
