We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as aDelivery Associate I in Edmonton, Alberta. DESCRIPTION Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day); Performs preventive cleaning in order to decrease the number of service calls; Maintains a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Total Rewards: CAD $41,900.00- $54,912.00 annually

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma preferred; 1 year in similar driving/delivery role; Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

COMPETENCIES Bilingualism in concerned provinces; Strong communication skills; Strong customer service skills; Computer literacy including knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). The Delivery Associate is an important part of the operations, service and delivery team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer's expectations and needs are fully satisfied.
