• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification interventions using evidence-based modalities.
• Manage crises effectively, employing strong diagnostic and clinical skills to ensure patient safety and support.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communication technology to maintain organized and accurate client information.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans based on real-time data and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with case management to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals seeking help for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), PTSD, trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) per state regulations.
• Proven experience with a range of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third-party provider.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience providing therapy through virtual platforms, with an understanding of best practices in telehealth.
• Ability to adjust therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and responsiveness to treatment.
• Strong time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple cases responsibly.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
