Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead our software development initiatives at BASF. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing software development teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee the delivery management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Implement best practices in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Mentor and guide software development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
