Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

 

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support Working Capital Fund budget formulation activities for a federal client environment.
  • Analyze financial data sets and translate findings into reporting, dashboards, and decision-support insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting solutions to support budget, financial, and working capital analysis.
  • Use Power Query and Power Automate to transform data, improve reporting workflows, and support repeatable analysis.
  • Collaborate with project and client stakeholders to interpret financial data and support ongoing business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience supporting federal financial management, budgeting, or budget formulation

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing financial data and developing reporting or dashboards using Power BI
  • 3+ years of experience using Power Query to transform, cleanse, or validate data
  • 3+ years of experience performing working capital analytics and Working Capital Fund (WCF) analysis
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Automate for workflow, reporting, or data process support
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Working Capital Fund budget formulation
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) programs
  • Experience with budgeting in a federal environment

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.
