Role Overview

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) in Fort Myer Commissary located in Fort Myer, Virginia. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering, and customer service is essential.
What You'll Do
  • Manage frontline staff;
  • Oversee deli/bakery operations;
  • ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
  • Oversee frontline training programs; and/or
  • daily operational standards.
