Job description

Executive Assistant Talent Specialist

Team Delegate, LLC is a leading provider of virtual executive assistant services. Founded in 2019, our company is built on over 20 years of industry expertise. We support small business owners and entrepreneurs by providing high-level executive assistant support, enabling them to focus on strategic growth.

As our company continues to grow, we are strengthening our recruiting function to ensure we consistently attract and hire top-tier executive assistants.

This role is best suited for someone who has worked as an Executive Assistant and understands firsthand what great support looks like. While recruiting experience is helpful, deep EA experience is essential.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional who can confidently identify high-quality executive assistant candidates. This is not an entry-level HR roleโ€”this position requires strong judgment, discernment, and the ability to evaluate candidates beyond what is written on a resume.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the sourcing and screening of executive assistant candidates
  • Conduct high-quality interviews that assess judgment, communication, and proactivity
  • Identify candidates who align with Team Delegateโ€™s standards and client expectations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified EA candidates
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Maintain organized candidate tracking within internal systems
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the process
  • Ensure a positive and high-touch candidate experience

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (required)
  • You have personally supported executives at a high level and understand the difference between reactive support and proactive partnership
  • Strong ability to assess and identify high-performing administrative professionals
  • Excellent interview skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions and evaluate beyond surface-level answers
  • High level of discernmentโ€”you can quickly tell the difference between average and exceptional candidates
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates at different stages
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and does not wait for direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Note:
  • Please note that this is a 1099 contractor position.
  • This is a REMOTE position
  • You will also need to complete a background check before contracting with us.
  • We're seeking applicants who are available during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do in addition to a full-time job - the work is not project-based.
  • Please note: We are not currently hiring applicants in MT, PA, NY, NJ & CA. Applicants residing in these states will not be considered for contracting with us at this time.
