Job Description
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal controls
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
  • Participate in continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts
  • Other duties as assigned
