Job description

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a well-established practice at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine clinic. This role will support an adult-only panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with adult/geriatric focus. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population. You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team. Join a dedicated, passionate, and mission-driven group of providers in this Northeast community of Portland, Oregon.
  • Full-time; flexible between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE
  • 4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
  • Ideal candidates will have additional geriatric training and will honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
  • 2-year guaranteed salary with higher starting base for experienced physicians, generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
