Job Opportunity: Executive Compensation Associate
Are you a midlevel associate (3rd to 6th year) with a passion for executive compensation and benefits? Join our large and well-established law firm in Century City as an Executive Compensation Associate.
Responsibilities:
As an Executive Compensation Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation arrangements, employment agreements, and severance and change in control arrangements.
  • Preparing compensation and benefits-related sections of SEC-required securities filings.
  • Identifying and resolving executive compensation and benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
