Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (Onsite) Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense ­­Top Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment. Role Overview
There is an immediate need for a Test Analyst to assist with the organization and participation in Flight and Ground Tests. This role involves augmenting the staff with a motivated and skilled individual to help in the assessment of successful tests. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite full-time. Key Responsibilities Identify required resources for testing activities.
Develop and understand mission objectives for the system(s) under test.
Create data archival and analysis plans.
Develop post-mission reports and document software deficiency reports.
Manage and control test resources, articles, and tools for data collection.
Serve as the liaison to other test participants and managers.
Develop and maintain the test architecture, including all articles under test.
Develop supplemental procedures to ensure successful execution.
Conduct post-processing and quantitative/qualitative analysis of collected data.
Present analysis results and plans of action in oral or written format. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of related experience in a related engineering environment, with expertise in systems-of-systems definition and integration. Must possess an understanding of systems engineering processes and logistics principles, including artifact generation (e.g., specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Architecture Descriptions, Use Cases, Trade Studies). Technical Skills: Experience with Unix command line, Bash, Perl scripting, and Linux. Familiarity with analysis tools such as JAVA software or PYTHON scripting is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with network applications and networking concepts.
Familiarity with military systems used in missile defense such as AN/TPY2, SBIRS/BOA, Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, and SBX.
Prior experience in Ballistic Missile defense systems.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with statistics, technical writing, and requirement and verification spreadsheet analysis. Work Environment
