We're focused on building modern, scalable products with an emphasis on using open source technologies. Expect talented, motivated, and interesting colleagues who emphasize collaboration, transparency, and individual responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to work alongside our IT Manager to maintain and enhance our internal IT infrastructure. You will handle MDM asset management, maintain Sphinx internal account access, and assist with vendor management all while ensuring security and compliance.
What you will be focusing on:
  • Technical Support
    • Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for employees across MacOS, Linux and cloud-based applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack,
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, access and account-related issues.
    • Manage and resolve support requests through Jira Service Management
  • Identity & Access Management
    • Administer user accounts throughout the employee lifecycle
    • Perform onboarding, role changes and offboarding activities
    • Manage user access in Okta and Google Workspace
    • Maintain adherence to least-privilege and security best practices
  • Device Lifecycle Management
    • Provision, configure, deploy, maintain and retire company-issued devices.
    • Assist with enrollment, software development, and troubleshooting for Apple devices.
    • Coordinate repairs, warranty claims and replacement hardware.
    • Assist with Mobile device management using JAMF Pro
    • Shipping and receiving of technology assets
  • Security & Compliance
    • Follow established security policies and operational procedures.
    • Assist with endpoint security, device compliance and access reviews.
    • Promote security best practices throughout the organization.
    • Support compliance through documentation and operational procedures

You might be a good fit if:
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT Support/IT Administrator, or similar end-user support role.
  • Experience administering macOS in a business environment.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace
  • Basic administration experience with Okta or another identity provider (IdP).
  • Experience with Atlassian (JIRA, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM platforms)
  • Experience managing endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management platforms (Jamf Pro preferred, Kandji).
  • Strong understanding of device lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
  • Experience managing hardware inventory and asset tracking
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to security best practices
  • You thrive in ambiguous environments.

LOCATION
This hybrid role requires a regular presence in Colorado Springs, CO.
COMPENSATION
This role is between $82,261 - $105,000 base salary.
