About The Role: Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to be part of our Human Resources team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. The Learning & Development Coordinator will work as part of the Talent Development team on all aspects of talent engagement with an emphasis in learning and development processes, systems, and customer service. The Coordinator will be part of a team that provides the best learning and development practices for our employees, maintaining our culture, and creating a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity and interest in human resources and talent development with previous experience in systems, customer support, and creating/providing analytic insights to continuously improve programs. IDT is seeking an energetic and positive candidate with a strong sense of urgency who can work in a fast-paced environment. Clearance & Location Requirements: * All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. * This is an on-site position. Requiring at least 3 days in office, based out of our Arlington, VA location. What You Will Do:  * LMS Administration: Manage and administer learning, training, and professional development programs through our Cornerstone Learning Management System.
* Onboarding Administration: Coordinate and facilitate new employee learning as part of our New Employee Orientation program.
* Coordinate Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and schedule tasking with internal company stakeholders to assist in learning and development programs.
* Analyze Learning Data: Gather, analyze, and leverage data to assist in building actionable insights surrounding employee learning and engagement.
* Facilitate Employee Learning Opportunities: Assist other members of the Talent Development team in building and deploying learning resources across various company functions.
* Coordinate Learning Programs: Track and organize employee professional development requests, tuition assistance program requests, and external learning requests. Coordinate with Talent Development leadership to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of these learning program resources to employees.
* Interface with External Vendors: Collaborate with vendors to track invoicing, product delivery, and product or course evaluations.
* Gather Employee Learning Feedback: Facilitate and track employee feedback as part of routine data and analysis. Who You Are (Required): * Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Education is preferred, or equivalent full-time professional experience.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
