Software Engineer โ€“ Defense Systems
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite About the Role

We deliver advanced solutions for aircraft, munitions, and resilient defense applications. Our team values innovation, agility, and stability, with a proven track record of zero layoffs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software using C++, C#, Python, and Java
Build and optimize real-time systems in an agile environment
Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
Collaborate on system integration for complex defense platforms
Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking
Work across multiple programsโ€”no siloed projects Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
4โ€“10 years of experience in software engineering (defense preferred)
Proficiency with Linux, RTOS, and VxWorks
Hands-on experience with real-time systems
Ability to work onsite in Niceville, FL (core hours: Mโ€“F, 8amโ€“3pm)
