We're hiring a Defense Client Relationship Marketing Specialist to enhance our Marketing + Communications (M+C) team. 

The specialist provides essential tactical and operational support for the Defense Portfolio Marketer ensuring seamless execution of integrated marketing plans and tactics, strong stakeholder engagement, and support of curated content and experiences that strengthen relationships using research and insights to optimize efforts through data-driven analysis.

 
The Work

  • Drive actionable client relationship marketing related activities, managing day to day execution and engagement activities using key tools to enable data-driven insights that will be provided to stakeholders
  • Conduct foundational research on identified influencers, events, departments, products and capabilities to inform targeting, content development, and engagement planning
  • Coordinate with social media and communications teams to support, develop and deploy high quality deliverables
  • Maintain organized project tracking across campaigns, milestones, and cross team dependencies to ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate closely with ecosystem marketing team members to align brand activities across the broader portfolio landscape
  • Prepare briefs, updates, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Support larger Defense events and channel activations

What you need

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2G marketing environment, military or civilian
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization
  • Team-oriented and highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be local to DMV area
  • Ability to travel to events as needed

Bonus if you have

  • Understanding of marketing disciplines across integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, content, web and digital, social, paid and earned media, advertising, and event-based channels
  • Experience in the Defense, Military or Aerospace marketing space
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM, and marketing automation platforms, Sales Navigator and other digital listening tools
      

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
