Job description

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV), established in 2009, provides superior program management, program support, strategic planning, and systems engineering to the Federal and Commercial sectors. Located in Alexandria, Virginia, ADV is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) contractor that has roots established in the Department of Defense and support agencies. We are seeking a Senior Security Cooperation Program & Logistics Specialist (Senior Logistician) to support the Logistics and Program Management Support Services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agencys (DSCA) International Operations Global Execution Division (IOPS/GEX).

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at the DSCA office in Arlington, VA 3 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to the DSCA office in Arlington, VA 3 days per week.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • Ten (10) plus years of work experience related to logistic services and support.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the DoD and the security cooperation community.
  • Experience working with multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
  • Experience in After Action Reports, DoD File Plans, and use of DoD and DSCA writing standards.
  • Experience in the use of the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar correspondence/task management systems.
