    • Handle all phases of the case from initial intake, arraignment, pre‑trial motions, hearings, and trials through resolution or appeal.
    • Develop and execute customized legal strategies that prioritize the client’s best future.
  • Case Management & Preparation:
    • Conduct thorough legal research, depositions, and witness preparation.
    • Draft and file persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
    • Ensure proactive and timely communication with clients, co‑counsel, and court personnel.
  • Courtroom Excellence:
    • Appear confidently and competently in court on a regular basis.
    • Present clear, passionate, and strategic arguments before judges and juries.
