SAP PP-PI & QM Consultant (S/4HANA Stabilization)(anywhere in USA) Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SAP PP-PI & QM Consultant with 10+ years of experience to support S/4HANA post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancements. The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing and quality processes, deep understanding of SAP PP-PI and QM, and hands-on experience in resolving complex production issues in a high-demand business environment.

Key Responsibilities

S/4HANA Stabilization & Hypercare Support

•             Provide post-go-live stabilization support, including incident resolution, defect handling, and process optimization

•             Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex issues and implement sustainable solutions

•             Ensure minimal business disruption by improving system performance and stability

SAP PP-PI Functional Responsibilities

•             Support SAP PP-PI processes including:

o             Process orders and production execution

o             Recipe management and process instructions

o             Planning (MRP, demand planning)

o             Batch management and production integration

•             Support manufacturing operations aligned with S/4HANA best practices

•             Handle production issues and ensure continuity of critical manufacturing processes

SAP QM Functional Responsibilities

•             Configure and support SAP QM processes including:

o             Inspection planning and inspection types

o             Quality notifications and defect management

o             Usage decision and results recording

o             Batch quality management and compliance

•             Drive improvement in quality management processes and defect tracking

Incident & Defect Management

•             Manage and resolve production-critical incidents across PP-PI and QM

•             Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for issue resolution

•             Drive defect closure with long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds

Stakeholder Engagement

•             Work closely with business users, manufacturing teams, and quality teams

•             Lead workshops for requirement gathering and issue resolution

•             Build strong relationships through proactive communication and ownership
