Title: Manhattan Consultant/Test Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

 

 

We are currently seeking a Manhattan Consultant/Test Lead to support Warehouse Management initiatives involving Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Manhattan WMOS platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong Manhattan Warehouse Management experience to lead testing activities across implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with either Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or Manhattan WMOS and a proven track record of managing testing teams, coordinating test execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality warehouse management solutions.

This role requires strong test management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, defect management, and deep understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for MAWM and/or WMOS implementations and enhancements
  • Define overall testing strategy, test plans, test schedules, and execution approach
  • Manage offshore testing teams and coordinate day-to-day QA activities
  • Review business requirements and functional designs to ensure adequate test coverage
  • Develop and oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
  • Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and reporting
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Users
  • Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics
  • Support release validation, production deployments, and post-go-live testing activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
  • 3+ years of experience leading testing teams or testing workstreams
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), OR
    • Manhattan WMOS
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management and fulfillment operations
  • Experience managing SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing cycles
  • Experience preparing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing offshore QA teams
  • Ability to coordinate testing across multiple business and technical teams
  • Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Manhattan implementation or upgrade projects
  • Exposure to warehouse integrations involving OMS, ERP, Transportation, and third-party systems
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Understanding of automation testing concepts and QA best practices
  • Retail, eCommerce, distribution, or supply chain industry experience
