Job description

Title: UAT Test Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC and Software Quality Assurance concepts and best practices. (8) years' experience in software testing. Also, the candidate must have proven working knowledge of testing methodologies and be able to manage defects and develop QA metrics. HP/Mercury Quality Center experience is required for this position. Mainframe programming, scripting or experience in test automation a plus.
Must have the ability to work closely with other teams, facilitate meetings and be able to interact with both technical and business team members.
The candidate must have working knowledge of supporting protocols that support software development efforts for mainframe and distributed environments.
Proficient in Software Testing techniques, methodologies and defect management.
Should know to run daily defect triage meetings and reporting
Hands-on experience in Jira and X Ray
Experience testing web applications in AWS.
In-depth knowledge developing test strategies and test plans for large complex systems.
Expert with creating test plans, developing test scenarios, and creating QA metrics and reports.
Demonstrated skills in facilitating and organizing test execution of test cases/scripts in a proficient manner.
Ability to identify gaps in test coverage to meet business requirements/needs.
