Job Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee)

Contract Length: 12+ Months
We are seeking a highly motivated QA/Test Automation Engineer to support the testing, validation, and quality assurance of solutions built on the Regrello platform. This role will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, automating business process testing, validating integrations, and ensuring high-quality workflow automation solutions across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, API testing, workflow validation, and enterprise application quality assurance. This individual will work closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure that Regrello workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements meet business, functional, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Validate business process workflows configured within the Regrello platform.
  • Ensure all product features meet functional and business requirements.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability assessments.
  • Track, document, and verify defect resolution.

Test Automation
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain automated regression test suites.

  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Workflow Validation
  • Test end-to-end workflow orchestration processes.

Defect Management
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.

  • Create test plans, test scripts, and execution reports.
