Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, including strong motion practice, case management, and courtroom advocacy skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-volume, complex matters within a supportive, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly shape client outcomes and firm success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with strong skills in motion practice, case management, and courtroom advocacy. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on high-volume, complex matters within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings both legal acumen and strategic insight — an attorney who thrives on challenge, demonstrates sound judgment, and delivers results for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a full caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other court filings

  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Advise clients on case strategies, risks, and potential outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with applicable court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients across multiple jurisdictions to align strategy and execution

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service

What You Bring
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York

  • 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in creditors’ rights, consumer finance, or financial services

  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Admission to additional state courts a plus

  • Background in banking, compliance, or regulatory law

  • Experience coordinating multi-state litigation matters
