In addition to catastrophic injury defense, we handle a diverse litigation portfolio: Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense Business and commercial litigation Commercial collections Landlord‐tenant disputes Bankruptcy and insolvency litigation Estate and probate litigation Defamation and malicious prosecution defense Fraud and misrepresentation claims Federal litigation under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) Regulatory enforcement matters Trial practice in personal injury and commercial disputes Position Overview We are seeking motivated attorneys at all experience levels to join our growing litigation team. Attorneys will handle cases from inception through resolution, including: Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions Managing written discovery Taking and defending depositions Court appearances and motion practice Mediations and settlement negotiations Trial preparation and trial Reporting and communicating with client This is a hands‐on litigation role with substantial responsibility.
