CDL-A Tanker Driver

Location: Oak Creek, WI
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $29.00–$34.00/hour

Adecco is hiring a CDL-A Tanker Driver for a direct hire opportunity with a leading lubricant distributor in the Oak Creek, WI area. This is a unique utility driver position with dedicated equipment, consistent daytime hours, and the opportunity to be home every night.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate tanker trucks to deliver lubricants and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
  • Drive primarily in a CDL-B tanker truck while maintaining a valid CDL-A license for all job responsibilities.
  • Operate two dedicated tanker trucks assigned to this position (one oil tanker and one DEF tanker).
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM
  • Home every night
  • Full-time position
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Tanker endorsement required
  • HazMat endorsement required
  • At least 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle hoses and equipment as needed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
