Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP TPM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM and deep functional knowledge of trade promotion processes. The ideal candidate will specialize in funds management, promotion planning and execution, and claims management, along with integration experience across SAP modules, particularly FI.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of SAP TPM (CBP) functional consulting experience
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP TPM implementations in a Consumer Goods environment
• Deep expertise in SAP Funds Management, promotion settlement, accrual accounting, and deduction processing
• Strong integration knowledge across SD (pricing, condition contracts), FI-AR (open item management, clearing), and CO (profitability analysis)
• Ability to lead business process workshops and translate complex trade promotion requirements into SAP configuration
• Strong documentation skills: functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, training materials
Responsibilities
• Lead blueprint and design workshops for SAP TPM covering promotion planning, trade funds management (TFM), accruals, deduction management, and settlement
• Configure SAP Trade Promotion Management including promotion types, condition techniques, funds management account determination.
• Design and configure SAP Deduction Management and Claims Management processes integrated with FI-AR.
• Define and manage the TPM master data model: trade funds, sold-to/ship-to hierarchies, product hierarchies,.
• Collaborate with SD, FI, and CO functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of promotion-to-cash processes
• Good exposure to High Radius integration for deduction management
• Support data migration of open promotions, fund balances, and accrual postings from legacy systems to S/4HANA
• Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing for all TPM scenarios; author functional test scripts
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to regional key users and business teams
Good to Have Skills
• Experience with HighRadius (deductions and receivables management)
• Knowledge of Blacksmith Applications (Food Service TPM)
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
• Exposure to SAP BW planning (aDSOs, Process Chains etc.)
