Job description

We're expanding our network and looking for dedicated CDL Class A Local Truck drivers and support staff to join our team.
Dedicated Flatbed Truck Drivers are a vital part of customer relations and are responsible for ensuring that our customers' freight is delivered on time and damage-free. Dedicateddrivers will conduct multiple stops per day while interacting with customers. Drivers will be required to operate Moffetts to maneuver freight as needed. This hands-on, day-shift position is ideal for those who demonstrate great customer skills and have mastered local traffic routes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Transport freight in safe and prompt manner
  • Interact with our clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner with limited supervision
  • Comply with Department of Transportation regulations and laws
  • Maintain responsibility for safety and security of company equipment and customer goods
  • Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock, either individually or with the assistance of a co-worker, with or without mechanical freight handling equipment, as required.
  • Record quantity and type of shipments using bills of lading, delivery receipts, and tally sheets.
  • Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Hook and unhook trailers from tractors, including cranking levers to raise and lower landing gear.
  • Fuel trucks and tractors.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as assigned

Background check required under 49 CFR Part 391.
